We’re expanding the Elite team and are looking for skilled tradespeople to work on high-quality domestic bathroom refurbishments. This is not a general building role and it’s not for everyone. We want people who take genuine pride in their work and care about standards.

  • High-end finishes and detail-focused work

  • Planned, organised projects (not constant firefighting)

  • Clear scope of works and expectations before starting

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for skilled trades, particularly:

  • Experienced bathroom fitters

  • Carpenters with strong 1st & Second fix experience

  • Multi-trades with a high standard of finish

You must:

  • Be confident working independently

  • Take pride in prep, setting-out, and final finish

  • Communicate professionally with customers and the team

  • Have your own tools and transport
